The Flowers Directory Satisfaction Guarantee
At The Flowers Directory, your satisfaction is our top priority. We partner with Florist One, a trusted nationwide floral fulfillment network, to deliver beautiful arrangements through local florists across the United States and Canada. Florist One handles all order fulfillment and customer service on our behalf.
If you feel the item delivered or our service was unsatisfactory, resolutions may include replacement of the product, a full or partial refund, or a store credit. Complaints must be submitted within three days of delivery.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the flowers or arrangement you received, please contact our customer service team and we will work to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Send a replacement arrangement at no additional charge
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
- Offer a credit toward a future order
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may occur to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. We will always aim to match the style, value, and aesthetic of the original selection. There shall be no substitution in the type of arrangement — no change in size, shape, or value. Flower types may be substituted based on local availability, and we will contact you for approval before proceeding when possible.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery charge: $19.99 flat fee per order
- Delivery days: Monday through Saturday (no Sunday delivery)
- Delivery hours: Generally 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time
- Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Cutoff times may be earlier during peak holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
- Coverage: All 50 U.S. states and Canada
- Time requests: Specific delivery time windows can be requested but are not guaranteed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We are happy to accommodate changes and cancellations provided the fulfillment process has not already begun with your local florist. Please contact us as early as possible to request modifications.
